Ms. Clark was having real problems with her garage door. Our team inspected the door and its movement and realized that the shaky motion of the door was an issue. In situations like these, the problem lies in the opener drive system and so that was the first thing they checked. When they removed the opener and inspected the housing they found that the motor to the system was worn out. It was having difficulties lifting the weight of the door. We replaced the motor with a new one and Ms. Clark was able to use her door again.
